Fred is a veteran HR professional recognized for his expertise in career transition. He has provided counselling services for clients across a range of industries and positions, from the front line to executive management, in both private and public sectors.
Fred is our lead on Career Transition and strategic HR Solutions. He intuitively knows what needs to be done and the right buttons to push to get it done, along the way commanding such respect that associates cheerfully follow his lead. He blends a style of appreciative inquiry with the ability to influence, helping individuals and organizations stretch and achieve desired results.
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Fred is our immediate past President where he served with distinction for over 15 years. Prior to taking over D.C. Harrison & Associates Limited, Fred held senior positions in HR including Director of Human Resources for both McMaster University and St. Joseph’s Hospital. A long-term member of the Human Resources Professional Association, he is a recipient of the Career Partners International Global “Partnership Award” in recognition of his ongoing commitment to the delivery of quality client services.
