Since 1999, he has partnered with organizations on change and communications initiatives, holding various leadership, advisory and coaching roles. He has acted as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in finance, legal, logistics, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and professional services. Founder of one of the leading coaching journals, Philosophy of Coaching, Julian has presented original research at international coaching conferences and has created several ICF-accredited courses.
