Before dedicating herself to coaching, Emily held senior leadership roles in the media industry, most recently as President of Orion Canada. She had the privilege of guiding the company through a period of significant transformation and growth, strengthening the agency’s market position and driving its commercial success. Her leadership was defined by operational reinvention, talent development, and strategic expansion. Emily has worked with some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Canadian Tire, Amazon, Cirque du Soleil, Red Bull, IMAX, Joe Fresh, Pfizer, Under Armour, Volkswagen, and Audi. Her work has earned numerous industry accolades. Today, alongside her coaching practice, Emily volunteers her time to support single mothers, as well as at-risk women and gender-diverse individuals, helping them build sustainable pathways out of poverty through coaching.
