- Conducting a “pulse” check with your team to gain visibility on strengths, opportunities, blind spots
- Design and/or update current Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policies
- Roll-out training programs to support policies to successfully champion diversity and inclusion
- If racism, discrimination or unconscious biases are occurring we will design and implement plans in consultation with key stakeholders to be proactive and reflect best practices and support company values and mission
- We work with private, public, nonprofit sectors as well as Boards
