Jane Graydon is an Executive Coach with over three decades of coaching, leadership development and real-life, in-the-trenches business experience. She works with leaders and entrepreneurs within organizations of all sizes across a range of industries and has a unique appreciation of guiding complex organizations through change. Jane’s clients value her ability to quickly build relationships, propel them to identify opportunities for growth and turn their vision to reality.
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Prior to establishing her own leadership coaching practice, Jane held executive positions in healthcare and global telecommunications. Roles included VP Human Resources, SVP Client Services, Chief Privacy Officer, Senior Change Manager (Information Systems), and Director of Leadership Strategy. Jane also taught Leadership at Simon Fraser University. After receiving an MBA in Human Resources and a BComm from McMaster University, she studied International Business in Japan. She is an active member of Toronto Organization Development Network and Strategic Capability Network and President of International Coach Federation ̶ Toronto Chapter.
