Aline spent more than 30 years specializing in Human Resources for Hudson’s Bay Company, Loblaw’s and Sears Canada. She was trained in the Dale Carnegie coaching method and was presented with their highest award of achievement. Aline is an expert in helping small businesses recruit and hire the right people through a unique proprietary hiring process. She is an active member of HRPA and fully bilingual in English and French, successfully delivering our programs in either official language.
